Was this lady treated fairly by her employer?? AWOL soldier lied on application..?

The Army should have provided the resources she needed to take better care of her kids. Also the recruiter should have known her situation and made amends for it. However she should have had a better plan in place to take care of her family. This is why the Army has a requirement for family care plans for all soldiers.
