Fuel Injection Problem?

This one is definitely a puzzler. It's hard to determine whether you have wiring issues or maybe a vacuum leak. I would do the checks for vacuum leaks then move on to tearing into the wiring harness and looking for irregularities in the electrical wiring. Worst case scenario, the ECM has bit it.
