Is my 10 month old baby less active?

I feel my 9 month 3 weeks old baby is less active and a bit mellow. He does play with his toys, blabber different words,rawl around and even walked his first few steps. But I feel, many time he is silent and looks bored? Is this normal with babies of his age??
