Good suggestion for lower calorie, high nutritional value items to eat?

Any suggestions for simple meals that are lower in caloric intake, but provide high nutritional value? For example, I love sauteed spinach with onions and mushrooms and could make a dinner out of it. I also like strawberries and cottage cheese for a snack or breakfast. What are some good ideas for lunch or dinner?
