What would you prefer? Episiotomy and forceps delivery or c-section?

If I had a choice NEITHER! However I have no choice with those, I have Von Willebrands disease so they have to ume baby has it, so I am not allowed to have forceps at all. However they are wanting to give me a section. I hear rotational forceps aren't very nice, but I guess it is better than a c section.
