If I agree to pay restitution? PLEASE HELP?

If I agree to pay restitution, I didn't go to court and I didn't get arrested. Loss prevention accused me of Internal Theft, I paid the restitution agreement off I know it came up on Esteem when I filled out an application for a job, but is it also on my criminal background?
